Why are there Left and Right markers on the mat?

They help practitioners stay oriented during flows that change direction—especially when turning to the back of the mat.

 

Is the mat good for beginners?

Yes. It was designed specifically to support newer students while still being valuable for experienced practitioners and teachers.

 

Is the mat thick enough for sensitive knees?

Yes, the cushioning is 5mm designed to provide comfortable support for joints.

 

How do I clean the mat?                                                                                                             

Wet a cloth first, then wipe the mat clean. Do not spray or pour water directly onto the surface.  Allow to air dry, then roll up to store.

 

What is the surface made from?

The mat features a sustainable coconut PU topper chosen for traction and durability.  The bottom is rubber to keep the mat in place during practice.
