Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Times

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery destination and selected shipping method.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Directional Yoga Mat, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The mat must be clean and free from excessive wear or damage.
- The mat must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
Refunds
